Travel north on Highway 70 to Oroville. Take the second Oroville exit (Montgomery Street). Turn right at the end of the off-ramp onto Montgomery Street. Continue east on Montgomery Street to Huntoon Street (one block before the first stop light, and one block after Lincoln Blvd.). Turn left on Huntoon Street. The courthouse is at the top of the hill on the corner of Huntoon and Arlin Rhine Drive.

From Chico: Travel south on Highway 99 to Highway 149 (about eleven miles). Turn left on Highway 149 and travel east toward Oroville. At the intersection of Highways 149 and 70, turn right and travel south to Oroville. Take the second Oroville exit (Montgomery Street). Turn left at the end of the off-ramp onto Montgomery Street.
