Due to the Shelter In Place Order issued by the Governor of California and the recommendation of the Federal Government to limit gatherings of more than 10 people, the Court substantially closed to the public from March 23, 2020 through March 27, 2020 and reopened the week of March 30, 2020, with reduced services and limited access. - Juvenile Traffic matters are being heard as scheduled.
Juvenile Dependency (WI 300)
- Regular Juvenile Dependency calendars recommenced the week of March 30, 2020. However, some matters may be continued prior to the hearing by the Court. Parties should coordinate with their attorney prior to their hearing to confirm whether their case will proceed.
Juvenile Delinquency (WI 602) and Transitional Age Youth (TAY)
- Regular Juvenile Delinquency and TAY calendars recommenced the week of March 30, 2020. Parties and Counsel should report to the Juvenile Hall Courtroom at their scheduled date and time.
- Adoption hearings will proceed as scheduled. However, no persons other than the prospective adoptive parent or a 12-year-old or older child(ren) may attend.
